No towel or, hand towels on arrival asked owners for some and they looked at me and said are you sure I repeated there were no towels they brought them and searched the room as if I was lying. Had flying animals in the room. Air conditioning very old and did not work very well bathroom facilities very old and average. Second night we stayed guess what no towels again. Plastic outdoor chairs and an outdoor table for dinning family room slept 4 but only 2 could sit to eat. Badly stained lounge and carpets. Will not be returning. Definitely over priced for this property. I have stayed in caravan parks that were much better and substantially cheaper. Not a Best Western hotel
